Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phdreame is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdreame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phdreame will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdreame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phdreame is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with phdreame's KYC process, which may include providing a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
phdreame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phdreame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phdreame content without prior written consent from phdreame.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdreame and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phdreame platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phdreame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdreame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdreame does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. phdreame will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
